How do I set up Live Chat?
- Go to the Messagestab
- Click on the"Configure" button below the Live Chat pad.
- The configuration window is displayed below. You can then customize your chat by entering the following information:
- The name of your brand, which will appear at the top of your chat window
- The catchphrase that will be displayed just below (for example: "We're here to help you")
- Your brand logo
- The colour of your chat
Thanks to the preview on your right, you can see what your chat looks like according to the changes you have made.
Don't forget to click on "Validate" once you have made your configuration.
