How do I set up pre-recorded messages?
You have the option of creating pre-recorded messages in your settings. These will then be available directly in your Chat Console(how to use them on my Console). They can save you time on recurring questions or important information to provide to your customers.
To create them, it's very simple:
- Go to your settings, located in the left drop-down menu.
- Go to the"Pre-recorded messages" submenu.
- To be able to create a phrase, you need to create a category and subcategory. Create your categories and subcategories by clicking on the + button. To validate, press Enter. Then select the sub-category of your pre-recorded message and click on the + button on the right. e.g. for the category opening hours, you can indicate in sub-categories: classic opening hours and exceptional opening hours.
- Type the desired message and press Enter.
You can then edit them using the pencil to the right of the input field or delete them by clicking on the trash can.
